Apostle Charles E. Briggs, Jr. was born to Charles and Gloria Briggs on January 28, 1978, in Greensboro,
NC. Apostle Briggs began singing at 7 years old at St. James United Holiness Church in Greensboro, under
the leadership of the late Bishop Ruby G. Woodson. Many knew that this dynamic young man possessed
giftings and capabilities far beyond singing and that he would someday preach the Gospel of Jesus
Christ. Over the course of many years, Apostle Briggs has led praise and worship, directed choirs, and
taught new members and Sunday school classes. Most of all, this great prophet has been a servant to
God first and to leadership.

Apostle Briggs has had the privilege of working with song writer Becky White, Soloist Kim McFarland of
Milton Brunson and the Thompson Community Singers, LeJuene Thompson, Walter Johnson and Pastor
Jessie O’Banner and Job’s Company and Dr. Terry Poteat & Joyful Praise. In addition to serving in the
pastorate and as an anointed psalmist, Apostle Briggs also wears the hat of an author. His first book, “A
Messy Miracle”, is a journey through Apostle Briggs’ life experiences.

God’s call has been evident on Apostle Briggs’ life and has allowed him to expand in many areas of
ministry. Not only is he the founding pastor of Greater Restoration Home of No Limit Ministries, Now The
Garage Church in Greensboro, NC, but in 2014, God fully launched the evangelistic arm of his life’s work,
Prophet Charles Briggs Ministries (PCBM). In 2015 Apostle Charles Briggs founded Remnant International
Fellowship It was in this season that God also cast the voice of the Prophet over the media through Favor
Factor Radio, which weekly airs shows that are designed to encourage individuals in their faith as they
walk into a place of divine favor. Even as a senior leader, Apostle Briggs understands the value of order,
covering, and submission to leadership. To that end, he proudly serves under the covering of Chief
Apostle James Dunn (Narrow Way Pentecostal Churches, Inc., Covington, Ga.). It was under this covering
that Prophet Briggs was elevated to the office of Apostleship in August of 2017. God has blessed Apostle
Briggs to cover several ministries since this time of elevation and He is continuing to add to the
fellowship, Apostle Charles Briggs currently is the Apostolic covering of six Ministries.
